Deville emerged from the collaborative efforts of Daniel Leblanc and Dave Lalancette. The concept of establishing an electric bike brand had been germinating in Daniel's mind for quite some time. As the head of a thriving company specializing in sheet metal processing, he felt the need to inject momentum into this budding venture.

In late 2022, Dave joined this endeavor, bringing his expertise to the table. Leveraging their complementary skills and the support of their production team, they pioneered folded metal electric bicycle frames, a groundbreaking innovation that embodies both strength and longevity.
